We are committed to sharing Crescent Beach as home-away-from-home, and are happy that so many guests return each year as friends. SAND: August 2025: WB and Family, Colorado Springs, CO

VRBO: ★★★★★ This place was great for us. Nicely secluded but within 5 minutes of the far east end so we could dive with Ocean Frontiers, a superb dive company. Paul and Fay live on property but were totally unobtrusive and were super helpful, especially in releasing into the ocean baby turtles left behind in the nest right there on the beach. Will definitely stay here again.
Guestbook: Thank you for a great week here! We had a fantastic time and loved your house. We did a lot of diving with Ocean Frontiers an the East End of the island. We would highly recommend them for anything "water-related". Also did the 5 p.m. catamaran trip to Stingray City last night. Definitewly a must!. Hope to be back next summer.

SAND: August 2025: CM and Family, Manitoba, CA

VRBO: ★★★★★ We were very pleased with our stay! The bedrooms are spacious, and the beds were firm with very soft bedding. The kitchen was well-appointed, and we made good use of the amenities onsite. The pool was perfect in the afternoons, and the view of the waves was lovely. From the property it was a short 35 minute drive to Seven Mile Beach, which afforded us many opportunities to try different restaurants along the way. The absolute highlight for us was attending two little turtle hatchlings on their way to the water. We were very glad our hosts included us. They were responsive before and after our stay, offering advice that improved our experience on this beautiful island. Highly recommend!

Guestbook: Thank you so much for your hospitality. We had an amazing time on this beautiful island. Thank you so much for your local suggestions. We had a blast at Blue Rock. This was our 6th time on the island but our 1st time at your place and we cannot wait to come back.
Guestbook: My husband and I, [names removed] form Kentucky and Indiana. We had a lovely week here. Loved the house. Some of us have been to the Caymans before. We normally stay on SMB [Seven Mile Beach]. Love this part of the island. The sargassum was pretty bafd. Couldn't get in the water here. We really enjoyed Rum Point. We went to Sting Ray City and did some snorkeling. Swam at Smith's Cove, looked for turtles at Spotts Beach, swam at Governors Beach. We love the island so much. Would like to comeback and plan a trip to the sister islands. The pool was small but relaxing. We enjoyed renting the house.

VRBO: ★★★★★ Great place! The property is exactly as described. The owner, Paul, is amazing! He is very accommodating and friendly and helpful. The snorkeling off the beach was great. If you don’t want to stay where all the other tourists are, want a more remote location, this place is perfect! Even though it is “remote,” it is still an easy drive to every other place on the island you’d like to visit. Huge, spacious, and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and you couldn’t beat the views from wherever you were, whether inside or outside! We would definitely stay there again!
Guestbook: We had an amazing friend trip. Lots to do on the island. Yummy food and lots of sun. We used Capt. Mike with Kaibo boating and he was amazing. We saw sting rays, fished, snorkeled and visited the glowing bay. Quality place to stay - the host thinks of Everything.

VRBO: ★★★★★ Great family vacation spot! My family and I had a great time staying at Sand. The owners were very responsive, helpful, and kind. The place was beautiful and comfortable. We especially appreciated how responsible the owners are with regard to the turtles nesting on their beach, and we were thrilled to find turtle tracks right outside our window one morning. Our kids also spotted an agouti by the property. The location of the property is great - the East End is nice and quiet, and it's just a short drive to the dive shop or to the gorgeous botanical park. The blow holes are also only a couple of minutes' drive from the property and were fun to visit a few times during the week. Great owners, great property. Would highly recommend.

VRBO: ★★★★★ Our family of six loved our stay here. We stayed in the sand unit and it was clean and spacious. With three bedrooms and three baths we felt at home and comfortable. It was well stocked with everything we needed. Paul and Faye Anne were both great and so welcoming. You can tell they have put so much into making this space the perfect retreat for their guests. My teens loved all the outside games and cornhole but our favorite feature by far was the theatre room. We watched movies almost nightly!! We will for sure stay here again!!

Our kids loved the movie room and corn hole so much. We did movie night almost nightly. Thank you both so much for sharing your houses with us. VRBO: ★★★★★ WOW! So much to love! We loved the view from the veranda, the weather, the waves, having the ocean and pool both right at our doorstep, the house with large open main room and comfortable furniture, the beds and amazing views there too, the location and convenience to restaurants and things to do. My wife enjoyed the collection of books available in the house too. (Fun fact -- one or more of the books were authored by the owners' daughter!) While we didn't end up using the downstairs theater, we could not believe the number of videos available. We were happy to have the games area available (in case of poor weather) and the seating there was perfect for gathering. But the weather was so nice every day that we ended up being too busy to spend much time there. We really enjoyed our Sting Ray City, snorkeling and bioluminescence kayaking tours and our drives exploring around the island. Couldn't ask for nicer, cheerier owners too. Seemed a little ironic that they were living in the house right next door but we rarely saw them after their excellent orientation tour when we first arrived. But as other guests said too, they were quick to respond to texts and were there in an instant if we needed anything and offered helpful tips for various things. Bottom line -- we hope to come back with our friends next year!

Guestbook: We have had the most amazing holiday! The idyllic setting, with a fantastic view of gently lapping waves, sun and sand, has been sensational. Exploring the rock pools, finding hermit crabs and beautiful shells, snorkelling, kayaking or floating in the pool - it has been sublime! It has been great fun chilling in the Games Room, and watching the Grand Prix on the big screen in the Home Theatre. Your kindness and hospitality are so greatly appreciated. We can't thank you enough for letting us share the joy of Crescent Beach.

Guestbook: There are no words to describe the gratitude we feel for having spent the last 10 days in paradise. It is so healing and so transformative to listen to and see the waves crashing against the coral reef. All the beautiful nature and interesting wildlife. We have fed the lizards [Rock or Curly-Tail lizards] every morning and named them Christopher, Richard and Bridget. (Christopher might need a detox now). We are incredibly grateful for Paul and Fay Anne's warmth and hospitality in this beautiful apartment and hope that we will have the opportunity to come back again. This trip, the place and the people we met will always have a special place in our hearts. Thank you....

VRBO: Would definitely do again! ★★★★★ The house was exactly as described online! Our group of 6 (ranging in age from 14 to 70) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Well stocked kitchen, nice selection of books, games and puzzles. HUGE library of DVDs in the theater room. Comfortable furniture to lounge by the pool or hammocks on the beach. We basically had the beach to ourselves. Just what we were looking for!

VRBO: Highly recommend! ★★★★★ We had an amazing stay at the SAND. We started every morning, peering out of our bedroom, sliding glass door, at the rolling waves through the beautiful palm trees. Coffee on the porch in the morning with cocktails in the afternoon. Watching the kids play in the sand, search for hermit crabs and explore the tide pools was priceless. The combination of sea and pool was so perfect for our family. The location is also really convenient, right next to a little mini store for any last-minute things and cause to many little restaurants and beaches on the east side. The beds were super comfortable and the house had lots of room for relaxing on the couch, couches and dining space for 10 of us. Paul and Fay Anne were a pleasure to meet and were more than accommodating of all our needs. They are wonderful hosts which made our stay even more enjoyable!
